Only 2 Weeks Ago

HE'S HERE!!!!!

and has been for a mere 2 weeks. But for a moment, lets pretend that today is October 13th at 5:49 pm. Ready?

1 minute ago, a healthy little baby boy--Adric Ty Williamson-- was born weighing in at 7 lbs 4 oz and measuring 20 inches in length.

Alright, that seems a little less anti-climatic than it otherwise would have. We can go back to the present now.

We are all doing very, very well. The reason we haven't sent emails and updated the blog is because on my birthday, we got our identity stolen and the next day our computer crashed from a spy-ware virus. Then a few days later, we had a storm and a power surge and Brock's work computer crashed so he had to send it out to Philly to be fixed. Our home computer is still being fixed so I can't post any pictures.

I'm actually feeling better than I ever have after having a baby. I came home from the hospital the next day and was literally back to business the day after that.

Having 3 kids is not very difficult yet. Adric still sleeps all day. I'm sure it will get crazy once he wakes up long enough to do more than just eat. So far, he's been a great baby. And for ONCE a baby came out of my belly and actually looked like he belonged to me. And like my other kids, he's super CUTE!

I was worried about having 3 kids in diapers, but what I had forgotten is that there would be 4 of us in diapers for a while (me). So last Monday, 4 days after her 3rd birthday, I told Karlee she would never wear a diaper again. We put panties on her and she hasn't had an accident in 5 days! WOOHOO!

Well, it's late here and I have to get sleep while I can. But, if you want pictures and an eye-witness account of the birth, you can check out my sister Missy's blog http://myveryownsoap.blogspot.com/2008/10/awesome.html
(Yes, I said 'eye-witness')

Oh, I'm so happy to hear this good news! And now i"m going to look at your pictures of the little guy. Hope all is well, that's awesome about Karlee. Having three under three is so crazy at times, so wonderful at times, so horrible at times, so emotional at times, so easy at times, so overwhelming at times, and after a few weeks/months and when hormones and emotions are back to normal, things get easier and more fun. Good luck! Love your cute family!!

What?! You sure left out a lot of details. What a delivery!!!! Did you seriously go without any medicine? Just reading Melissa's account got my heart racing and I was getting nervous for you. Crazy!! I want to see you and kids soon. When things are better for you, lets plan on me coming to visit. Have fun with Adric, (what a cute and unique name, It really flows).

Yeah, Congrats! I have been dieing to hear how it went. Adric is too cute. I love your sis blog. It reminds me of having Aria. Our midwife also came running in as I was pushing her out. It also made me laugh because Ryan just confessed to me before we had Wiley that he didn't really want to be in the delivery room this time and wouldn't my mom want to be there. I told him "tough" I don't need anyone else seeing what a crazy lunatic I am even if it is my mom. So I am impressed. Can't wait to see you guys.

Yippy! so happy for you guys. The 4 kids in diapers comment killed me. I am still laughing. He is beautiful and I can see you others in him. Sorry about the dad gum idiots that stole your identity. Glad you got it back. Enjoy your time and try to veg, don't bounce back too quick okay.

Yay. Congrats on the baby. I was hoping you'd have pictures, but I guess seeing them on your sister's blog was good enough. So happy for you guys. We'll have to get together now that we're up here too.

How exciting is that? Hey Brock and Tyra congrats! Wow - when we left Philly it was just the two of you, and now we've both left and you're a family of 5! Good luck - especially with all the crazy identity stealing and new baby dealing that's gone on :)
